Definition – TOS

As defined above, we want to offer a service that takes you as a recipient into account. This has been done for you and we want to guarantee that safety and health always comes first and that this is a priority in the Meetings.

 

We as an organization and Staff of IRL meets would like to thank you very much for reading our TOS, we strive for clarity and quality. and we want to show that in the time we put into our events.

1 – Post

1.1 - The announcements consist of what, where also when an event will take place, what costs and at what time the events will be hosted, also the references to websites and forms.

 

1.2 - All contents within the announcements of our own meets will be our full responsibility.

 

1.3 - We will mention if our meet is accessible for handicapped attendees, however we can’t guarantee that everything will always be accessible for everyone.

2 – Form

2.1 - It is mandatory to enter your social tag and username in the form. When making reservations, it is mandatory to state your IRL surname to verify payments.

 

2.2 - FuzzyVerse takes dietary wishes and allergies into account if these are indicated at an early stage.

 

2.3 - FuzzyVerse will not provide refunds if refunds are based on personal circumstances. This is to prevent pointless cancellation.

 

2.4 - Reselling tickets through ticket-selling websites is prohibited. Tickets can only be resold through the right channels used for trading tickets in the FuzzyVerse group..

 

2.5 - When entering an event organized by FuzzyVerse, it's critical to read the TOS of our IRL meets.

3 – Groupchat

3.1 - All attendees will be in a group chat made for that specific event, Information will be given relating to that event in due time.

 

3.2 - We ask our attendees to be respectful and to not use violent wording in the chat.

 

3.3 - All NSFW is not allowed, this implies Alcohol, smoking, drugs and Sexual content and sexualised wording.

 

3.4 - NSFW stickers will not be allowed in the event group chats. Sticker packs related to NSFW are allowed as long as the stickers that are posted are SFW.

4 – Communication

4.1 - All shared information is aimed towards this specific event, this may differ with other events.

 

4.2 - The information that will be shared is accurate and leading for that specific even

5 – Planning

5.1 - The information within the planning is clear, concise and accurate to the execution of the event, plans may adapt and change.

 

5.2 - The planning contains all information that the attendees will need for participating in the event.

 

5.3 - The planning will be shared towards the attendees within a timely matter.

 

5.4 - One of the things within the planning is a time schedule with the events on certain times

6 – Arrival

6.1 - FuzzyVerse will provide attendees with a map to the arrival point

 

6.2 - It is important to be on time, we start at the announced time.

 

6.3 - The arrival time for events will generally be thirty minutes however this could vary.

7 – Departure

7.1 - Participants must ensure that they drink enough at an event, such as a furwalk.

 

7.2 - The event starts at the indicated time.
